Preferred Qualifications * ITIL Foundation Certification or higher. * Experience supporting enterprise office environments. * Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft technologies. * Experience with Asset Management and CMDB processes. * Exposure to Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery activities. * Experience serving as an IT Site Lead or Single Point of Contact (SPOC). ## Description We are seeking an experienced IT Operations to provide end-to-end oversight and leadership for all IT activities at a customer site in Boston, MA.
