Licensing/Certification Requirements * No licenses or certifications required for this position. CompTIA A+ Technician or other Certificate a plus. Job Type: Full-time, * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred) ## Description Provide technical assistance, answer questions, or resolve computer problems for users in person, via telephone or from remote locations., * Responsible for assisting in the setup, changes, and configuration of network and O365 users, user environments, directories, security groups and documentation associated with these actions. * Responsible for executing the backup and archive requests via Veeam. * Responsible for installation, troubleshooting/repair, disposal and documentation according to procedures, of all hardware and software that are installed, upgraded or changed at Novum sites. * Responsible for maintaining and keeping Information Technology's asset and other databases current, operational and in conformance with procedures, affectively applying Change Control. * Responsible for User Support via Help Desk or IT Request system.
