Sense of Smell ?Sense of Taste ?Sense of Touch ?Ability to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) ## Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Engineer to join our Building Operations team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all building occupants. This job is part of union Local 302., * Respond promptly to maintenance requests, service calls, fire alarms, elevator problems, and emergencies * Troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain, and upgrade the following systems: o Refrigeration/HVAC systems o Electrical systems o Plumbing systems (including domestic hot & cold-water systems) o Steam systems, hydronic heating and cooling systems o Sanitary waste systems o Pool/Whirlpool equipment & systems o BAS/fire alarm systems o Kitchen equipment & systems o Laundry equipment & systems o Building control systems o Cable TV & A/V equipment * Recommend building repair and maintenance requirements, continuously improving the scope of preventative and predictive maintenance * Order and maintain adequate supplies to keep up with the Club's needs concerning engineering-related supplies and equipment.
