This position leads the grant-seeking processes, including research, writing, and reporting, and works as part of the communications and development team to meet the organization's annual revenue goals. The Development Manager works directly with the leadership team to create an annual grant pipeline and revenue projections, identify areas of opportunity and potential funding sources, and to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with funders. The Development Manager also plays key roles in donor experience and data management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing grant funding, and demonstrate an understanding of fundraising best practices.
