As the CRM Specialist, you will take ownership of the organisation's HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it is optimised to support sales performance, pipeline visibility, and customer engagement. You will act as the subject matter expert for CRM processes, data governance, reporting, automation, and user adoption. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical CRM expertise with stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
