Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Federal programs. * Experience supporting the Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Program. * Knowledge of Process Improvement (VIP) methodology. * Experience managing federal ERP modernization initiatives. * Experience supporting Cabinet-Level Federal Agencies. * Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks. * PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred. ## Description Fathom Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Financial Management System modernization effort supporting the Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Program. This role will be responsible for overall contract performance, quality, staffing, schedule, budget, and delivery of interface and data conversion activities supporting multiple iFAMS implementation waves. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience leading Momentum Financials implementations at Cabinet-Level Federal Agencies and managing large, complex programs consisting of multidisciplinary teams.
