## About the Role

Do you have experience in Engineering testing?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or technical certification required

 * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
 * 0-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, electronics, or testing environments
 * Basic understanding of hardware, electronics, or computer systems
 * Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
 * Basic computer skills for data entry and system interaction
 * Ability to stand for long periods and safely handle components
 * All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

 * Manufacturing/production setting
 * Hands-on work with hardware and test equipment
 * Fast-paced environment with production goals and deadlines

## Description

This role supports manufacturing test operations in a production environment. The Test Engineer will work closely with engineering and production teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of hardware and systems., * Support daily test operations to ensure products meet quality and performance standards

 * Assist in troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues during testing
 * Work with engineering teams to identify root causes of test failures
 * Support test setup, configuration, and maintenance of test equipment
 * Assist in maintaining test systems, including servers, code, and infrastructure
 * Support New Product Introduction (NPI) testing and product lifecycle activities
 * Track and document test results, defects, and performance data
 * Assist in improving test processes, efficiency, and product quality
 * Support installation and calibration of functional and reliability test equipment
 * Follow all quality, safety, and ESD handling procedures
