## Description

The Software QA Engineer IV - Remote builds quality into products from the ground up through clean, maintainable test automation. You'll own end-to-end testing coverage across API, Pub/Sub messaging, and UI layers of .NET and React-based clinical applications deployed in Azure and Oracle.

As a domain lead, you'll mentor peers, own QA metrics, and play an active role in shaping testing standards across the organization. This position sits within a unified QA automation team embedded in Agile development pods.

Your Impact

 * Lead QA coverage for a designated Business Domain or Technology Area (e.g. Guide Configurator, Oracle Fusion)
 * Mentor team members on quality assurance practices, tools, and domain knowledge
 * Own and present QA metrics to domain leadership
 * Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria (Shift-Left QA)
 * Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, SpecFlow, and C#
 * Plan and execute multiple testing types: functional, regression, performance/load, security, accessibility, and UAT
 * Integrate and maintain test automation within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
 * Isolate, reproduce, track, and verify defects - escalating risks with clear mitigation options
 * Manage and maintain test data to support repeatable, comprehensive coverage
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
 * Review product design documentation to verify requirements are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable
 * Conduct compatibility and vendor-provided program testing
