Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. ## Description This position provides operational and system support for the information technology systems requirements of the office. + Assist with the design, planning, implementation, and change management of the Compliance Licensing Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR) system, Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR), and Seed-to-Sale Data (STS) system, as assigned. + Participate in status meetings for internal and external stakeholders, including management, subject matter experts, vendors, and end users. + Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for CLEAR, and other information technology systems as assigned. + Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and system functionality to deliver analytical reports, requirement documents, and UAT Scripts, as needed. + Provide end-user technical assistant to support efficient operation of the information technology systems. + Develop and implement guidelines, tools, and training for conducting technical support. + Develop basic reconfiguration changes to enhance the CLEAR system. + Work special projects as assigned. + Ensure that the data for the information technology is secure and protected in coordination with DOH policies. + Other duties as assigned.
