## About the Role

+ 8+ years of experience in data & analytics, with 3 -5+ years in a leadership role

 + Experience leading cross-functional data teams (engineering, analytics, reporting)

 + Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, etc.)

 + Experience with Power BI for dashboarding, reporting, and self-service analytics enablement

 + Familiarity with Alation or similar data governance/catalog tools

 + Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data architectures

 + Industry experience in midstream energy or asset-intensive environments preferred

 + Experience working in Agile or product-based delivery environments

 + Experience with Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and scalable processing

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

 + Working knowledge of SQL, Python or similar languages

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

 + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
