Additional Qualifications Active Secret Clearance CompTIA Security+ certification preferred. ## Description Echo Five Group (EFG) seeks a highly qualified Suitability Specialist to provide onsite support to a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer. This full-time position focuses on personnel security and suitability operations, including compliance reviews, background investigation support, case tracking, and preliminary adjudicative analysis in alignment with Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiatives. The Suitability Specialist will interpret and implement personnel suitability and fitness policies and support a high-volume caseload critical to timely civilian onboarding and mission readiness.
