Preferred Qualifications * Advanced Drupal development experience, including: custom module development, Drupal APIs, Twig theming, performance optimization, caching strategies, and secure coding practices. * Modern platform engineering experience, including knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and observability/monitoring solutions. * Familiarity with modern deployment and automation frameworks. * Accessibility and UX experience, including deep understanding of WCAG and Section 508 compliance requirements, and experience with accessibility testing. * Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and collaboration tools such as Figma. ## Description Blu Omega is seeking a Lead Web Platform Engineer to support enterprise web platform and Drupal application delivery within a mission-driven federal contracting environment. This role operates in a remote setting and is responsible for technical leadership across web platform engineering, platform operations, and Drupal administration.
