This position serves on a small team that acts as a liaison between system developers, data experts, and the schools who use Nebraska's educational data systems every day. In this role, you'll provide customer service and technical support to school and district staff, helping them navigate reporting requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions related to student, staff, and financial data collections. We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, analytical, detail oriented, and committed to excellent customer service and data quality. This role is a natural fit for Data Stewards, Student Information System specialists, state reporting coordinators, and other education data professionals who enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and turning challenges into solutions.
