 * Retrieves, processes and makes accessible data from various sources for internal and external users.
 * Links, converts or saves data into database, spreadsheet or graphic format.
 * Performs statistical and qualitative analysis on data gathered from operational and financial data systems to optimize decision-making.
 * Oversees and conducts program evaluation.
 * Creates program and organizational reports, including data visualizations and written analysis.
 * Fosters a culture of empowerment and ownership to resolve issues and improve operations.
 * Responds to regular data requests in a professional and timely manner.
 * Performs related work as assigned.
