 * Experience in document control, manufacturing documentation, technical documentation, or a related field preferred.
 * Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR 120.62 (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

 * Occasionally lift and move items up to 15 pounds.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating accurate documentation that supports manufacturing operations? We're looking for a Documentation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of production documentation.

What You'll Do

As a Documentation Coordinator II, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 * Create process summaries and verify that internal revisions align with customer revisions.
 * Develop visual work instructions and visual aids by importing design data files.
 * Implement customer-requested changes and engineering revisions.
 * Update documentation to reflect changes in manufacturing processes.
 * Revise, release, and maintain controlled documents while assessing impacts on work-in-progress.
 * Schedule and facilitate assembly review meetings to determine assembly operations and requirements.
 * Develop and maintain in-house stock numbers.
 * Ensure documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process.
 * Perform other related duties as assigned.
