## Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and organized Administrative Assistant / Data Verification Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the absolute accuracy of our records by retrieving, reviewing, and verifying critical information; specifically employee/client names and physical addresses.

Key Responsibilities

· Data Retrieval & Research: Efficiently pull records, profiles, and documentation from internal databases and external public records.

· Information Verification: Cross-reference and verify the spelling of names, historical data, and physical addresses using approved validation tools and software.

· Database Maintenance: Update, correct, and standardize contact information within our system to eliminate duplicates and formatting errors.

· Quality Control: Identify discrepancies or missing information and proactively flag or resolve them.

· Reporting: Maintain a clear log of verified records and daily progress for the management team.
