Do you have experience in Windows?, * MSP experience - 1-2 yrs minimum (Required)

 * PSA/Ticketing: ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, or similar
 * Microsoft 365 Admin - Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
 * Azure AD / Entra ID - users, groups, licensing
 * Windows 10/11 desktop & laptop support, imaging
 * Network basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, printers
 * Onboarding/offboarding - account & device provisioning

 * RMM tools: NinjaRMM, ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM
 * Backup & DR concepts: Datto, Veeam
 * Multi-tenant M365 environment experience

* First point of contact via phone, email & ticketing system
 * Triage, document & own tickets through to resolution
 * Escalate to L2 with full context - never a blind pass
 * Accurate time entries and ticket notes on every interaction
 * Follow SOPs and improve the internal knowledge base
 * Support multi-tenant M365 environments
 * Represent the company with professionalism on every call
