As the Engineering Manager, you will act as a leader and technical expert for our products making use of a proven track record in the stated technical area. You'll lead the team successfully in a matrix organization & develop team members in line with company goals and objectives. You'll Lead an engineering team as functional manager and take responsibility for personnel and engine development topics focusing on product support for Jenbacher product line produced in the US covering all domains such as design, mechanical engineering, performance and controls. Give technical guidance and lead projects in the stated area of specialty, ensuring alignment with other functions globally inside and outside of engineering. Act as a go-to function within Engineering for Production and Procurement with the ability to remove roadblocks and ensure common goals are achieved.
