Technical Skills * Expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems. * Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities. * Experience with HR data governance and data management practices. * Knowledge of system integrations, workflow automation, and digital HR solutions. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree * 3+ years' experience of people management ## Description As a key member of the People & Culture team, the Manager, People Operations and Technology will be ensuring that Laborie's HR technology ecosystem, employee data, and core HR processes are scalable, efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's growth strategy. As a key member of the Global People & Culture Team, the HR Operations & HRIS Manager will serve as the primary owner of HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, HR data integrity, reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This leader will work closely with Human Resources Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience globally.
