## About the Role

Do you have experience in VoIP administration?, * 4+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure and network devices.

 * Experience with racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning network hardware.
 * Hands-on experience supporting routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, and IP Telephony (IPT).
 * Knowledge of RF technologies including microwave radios, cellular nodes, and VSAT systems.
 * Experience with ServiceNow and network troubleshooting.

## Description

* Respond to ServiceNow incidents and perform network troubleshooting.
 * Install, remove, swap, and maintain network equipment and cabling.
 * Support LAN, voice, WiFi, fiber, copper, and telecom infrastructure.
 * Perform IMAC activities, DNS lookups, device connectivity testing, and switch port identification.
 * Provide smart-hands support for telecom systems including RF, VSAT, LTE/5G, CCTV, and IP Telephony.
 * Follow change management, safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
 * Collaborate with IT teams, service providers, and project stakeholders to restore and maintain services.
