A deep understanding and application of agile delivery methodologies is required., * 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex IT projects with a strong focus on agile delivery methodologies. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related field * Proven experience leading projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including managing product backlogs, sprints, and user stories. * Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. * Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external stakeholders. * Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business requirements. * Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project risk management. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.). * Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
