 * Commitment to high-quality engineering and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

## Description

As a Data Architect at oh22, you will design modern, scalable data architectures that form the backbone of our clients' analytical and operational systems. You translate business requirements into well-structured data models and guide customers through architectural decisions that ensure quality, performance, and long-term maintainability. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills and enjoys working closely with clients to shape future-ready data solutions., * Designing data architectures based on best practices for scalability, governance, and performance

 * Developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for complex business domains
 * Leading workshops, requirements discussions, and architectural reviews with clients
 * Implementing solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and modern Lakehouse architectures
 * Defining data standards, modeling guidelines, and integration patterns
 * Collaborating with data engineers, cloud engineers, and analysts to ensure consistent execution
 * Providing technical guidance, documentation, and architectural decision support
