What You'll Do Be the welcoming first point of contact at the front office (phones, email, in-person) Route calls and messages quickly to the right person so nothing sits Review and process documentation accurately and on time Support the CEO/COO with daily operational tasks and follow-through Keep records, files, and simple systems organized and up to date Assist with scheduling, reminders, and office coordination Troubleshoot office issues (tech, logistics, vendors) and own them from start to finish Perform other administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly How You Work We are not looking for someone who waits for step-by-step instructions. You are a fit if: You are a doer: you take action first, then update You are a problem solver: if the wifi goes out, you: Check the router Call the provider Call a tech if needed Research better options and come back within 48 hours with several alternatives, pricing, and implementation steps You communicate in real time when stuck (call, text, email), not a week later in a meeting You don't need reminders; you are the one reminding.
