## Description

* Execute the CTO's infrastructure strategy to support growth and scale
 * Own on-prem environments: servers, storage, virtualization, and enterprise platforms
 * Ensure high availability for ATM telemetry, transaction processing, monitoring tools, and internal applications
 * Drive modernization, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycle management

Network Operations & Security

 * Architect and oversee WAN/LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, and remote access
 * Deliver secure, resilient connectivity for ATMs, field techs, retail partners, and corporate users
 * Partner with CTO and Security leadership on patching, vulnerability management, and incident response

Helpdesk & End-User Experience

 * Lead the IT Helpdesk team with a focus on service excellence
 * Define SLAs, escalation paths, and performance metrics
 * Oversee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and identity/access management

Application Support & Operations

 * Support ERP, CRM, ATM/recycler management systems, monitoring tools, and internal platforms
 * Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination
 * Deliver system walk-throughs and training for new or enhanced applications
