In this role, you will be responsible for executing data migrations, configuring platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless transition for users. You will work closely with the Implementation Specialist to deliver accurate, high-quality migrations while maintaining data integrity and system functionality., * Perform data cleanup, validation, and quality checks prior to migration. * Execute data migrations between CRM, software, and business platforms with a high degree of accuracy. * Configure system settings, permissions, user access, and platform preferences. * Build and maintain migration timelines, templates, checklists, and action plans. * Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between various systems and applications. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to automations, workflows, and platform configurations. * Conduct testing and quality assurance to verify successful migrations and system functionality. * Document migration processes, issues, and resolutions to ensure consistency and efficiency. * Collaborate closely with the Implementation Specialist and internal teams to execute migration plans and meet project deadlines. * Manage multiple migration projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail., * Migrations are completed accurately and on schedule. * Data integrity is maintained throughout the migration process. * System configurations and integrations function as intended. * Technical issues are resolved efficiently with minimal disruption. * Clients and internal stakeholders experience a smooth and successful platform transition.
