This role sets the longterm technology vision for eCommerce, owns the full product and engineering lifecycle, and partners with senior business leaders across the organization to ensure the digital experience drives customer acquisition, conversion, and retention at scale. The Senior Director leads a multi-disciplinary organization spanning engineering, QA, program management, and vendor partnerships. This leader is accountable for platform stability, delivery excellence, budget stewardship, and cultivating a high-performance engineering culture. The ability to operate effectively at both the executive strategy level and the delivery level - setting direction, enabling teams, and holding the organization accountable - is essential to success in this role.
