Preferred * Experience creating microlearning / snackable learning content. * Background in healthcare, compliance, or regulated industries. * Experience with additional tools (Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite). * Strong visual design sense and storytelling ability., * Instructional design: 3 years (Preferred) * LMS: 3 years (Preferred) * Articulate: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Stamford, CT 06902 (Required) ## Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer / Learning Architect with strong experience building compliance-focused eLearning programs. This role is responsible for transforming regulatory, policy, and operational content into engaging, interactive, and easy-to-digest learning experiences. The ideal candidate knows how to take "required training" and make it fun, visual, and memorable, using strong instructional design principles, modern authoring tools, and microlearning strategies., Compliance eLearning Design * Design and develop compliance training modules across clinical, operational, regulatory, and corporate topics. * Translate complex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements into clear, learner-friendly content. * Ensure all training meets internal standards and external compliance requirements. Instructional & Experience Design * Create highly engaging and interactive eLearning experiences using adult learning principles. * Design learning that feels modern, intuitive, and behavior-driven-not just informational. * Build scenarios, branching activities, quizzes, simulations, and knowledge checks to reinforce retention. Microlearning & "Snackable" Content * Develop short-form, microlearning modules that are quick to consume and easy to retain. * Break down complex topics into bite-sized, mobile-friendly learning assets. * Create learning journeys that support continuous reinforcement rather than one-time training. Articulate & Authoring Tools * Build eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise required). * Develop interactive, visually engaging courses with strong usability and flow. * Incorporate multimedia elements such as video, animation, and scenario-based learning. Engagement & Innovation * Make compliance training engaging, relatable, and interactive-not static or lecture-based. * Use storytelling, real-world scenarios, and gamification techniques where appropriate. * Continuously improve learner engagement and completion rates.
