This role serves as the single point of accountability for system performance, issue resolution, enhancement prioritization, and production integrity. The position holds authority over incident resolution, enhancement approval, testing validation, deployment readiness, and long-term corrective actions. The role ensures the platform supports accurate capitalization treatment and complies with internal policy and accounting standards.
