## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 7 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects and/or programs in complex environments
 * Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, and enterprise delivery frameworks
 * Proven experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership
 * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in regulated environments
 * Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
 * Strong communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

 * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
 * Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent)
 * Experience working in healthcare, payer, or highly regulated industries
 * Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, or similar platforms
 * Experience with DevOps frameworks and modern software delivery practices

AI & Emerging Technology Certifications

 * AI/ML or Data-related certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer)
 * Certifications in data analytics, automation, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
 * Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI practices, or enterprise data strategy initiatives
