This role will focus on building and delivering solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and automation across the Customer Operations Team. This is a senior, execution-focused role requiring independent delivery of end-to-end solutions. This role will focus on building and enhancing a daily execution dashboard that drives team performance, improves visibility into open orders, and enables leadership reporting within the first 90 days. Additionally, within the first 3-6 months, the contractor will be expected to identify, map, and implement automation solutions within the order entry process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility. Note : The contractor must be comfortable working independently, quickly learning SAP/order data structures, and leveraging both analytics and AI tools to deliver immediate value.
