In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-grade data integration solutions that support analytics, reporting, and customer-facing data products. This is a critical role for a technical leader who can make sound architectural decisions, optimize performance, and collaborate across engineering, analytics, and business teams., Data Engineering & Architecture * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines using distributed data processing frameworks and cloud analytics platforms. * Architect complex data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows to support analytics and reporting needs. * Lead data modeling and data architecture decisions to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability. Database & Performance Optimization * Provide deep expertise in SQL Server or equivalent relational databases, including query optimization and performance tuning. * Optimize, automate, and monitor production data pipelines to ensure high availability and data integrity. Collaboration & Technical Leadership * Collaborate closely with analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. * Mentor team members and contribute to shared engineering standards, best practices, and documentation. * Support a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and process improvement within the data engineering team.
