For this role, we are seeking data analysts with strong Python and SQL skills, a curiosity for how claims work and how our systems work them, the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and the ability to both run independently and collaborate with our engineering and operations orgs. If you are ready to mold the vision for Reserv's technology, join us on the journey., * 6-8 years of experience as an individual contributor with experience using modern analytics and programming languages with an emphasis on statistical analysis. * Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g., Postgres, or BigQuery, or Snowflake) and experience working with large, structured datasets. * A proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences-including analysts, data engineers, and internal stakeholders-in a fast-paced environment. * Have a strong demonstrated toolkit to build robust and performant models. * Have a proven track record of shipping high quality data analysis at a high cadence. * Able to think through stakeholder requirements and prioritize what is a must-have, nice-to-have, or irrelevant. * Have a strong technical skillset but also the willingness and ability to take over tasks outside your core competency. ## Description * Work with our data stack: Python, Postgres, Looker, dbt, AWS, and Dagster * Develop and maintain our data model-generating new features, curating the semantic layer, and integrating new data sources-to build the trusted data asset that powers analytics, customer reporting, and the next generation of intelligent tools across Reserv * Help translate the core lifecycle of a claim into structured data and partner with the product ops team to incorporate low drag data collection into the claim lifecycle * Communicate ideas and specifications through detailed, precise writing * Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team * Enjoy and have fun being creative and thinking outside of the box. You will need to draw on analogous situations you've worked on before, but we are not traversing well-traveled roads.
