Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Management Clerk to join our dynamic team and report primarily to the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining systems for capturing, storing and reporting critical business information. Your contributions will help streamline administrative workflows and support overall operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for data accuracy to grow their experience in a fast-paced environment., * Proficiency with databases, Microsoft Excel and basic AI tools are mandatory

 * Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
 * Strong typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and transcription tasks
 * Previous similar experience is strongly preferred

## Description

* Enter, update, and verify data across various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
 * Leverage AI to improve and maintain systems
 * Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of records
 * Assist with data collection efforts by gathering information from multiple sources and inputting it into designated systems
 * Use computer skills to create reports, spreadsheets, and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends
 * Conduct routine data audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
