## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workplace dispute resolution?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

 * Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).

 * Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).

 * Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.

 * Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.

 * Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.

 * Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.

 * Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

## Description

* Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

 * Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.

 * Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.

 * Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies through effective reporting.

 * Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.

 * Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.

 * Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).

 * Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.

 * Support the organization's Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
