Preferred Skills * Microsoft Certifications (M365, Azure, or Windows). * Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, CargoWise, or freight forwarding software. * Basic cybersecurity and network administration knowledge. * Experience supporting warehouse handheld scanners and shipping technology. ## Description IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across warehouse, freight forwarding, logistics, and office operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access while ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity throughout the organization. As a global logistics provider specializing in air, ocean, road, rail, and warehousing solutions, SGL relies heavily on technology systems to support daily operations and customer service.
