 * Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, and cost variance
 * Understanding of core finance concepts including gross margin
 * Ability to interpret how reports are built, not just generate outputs
 * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams
 * Ability to translate data into business insights
 * Finance background or relevant finance department experience
 * Hands-on execution with strategic thinking capability
 * Experience working in complex system transformation environments
 * Flexibility to work in a highly collaborative, on-site team setting

SAP Financial Analyst 5 Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transition projects
 * Experience with Power BI dashboard development
 * Experience working in finance transformation or ERP migration environments
 * Understanding of financial data flows and reporting systems including TM1/SACP transition exposure as a plus, * Financial analysis: 8 years (Required)
 * SAP: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Master data cleanup and validation including profit centers, cost centers, and data structures
 * Support migration from current SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA
 * Process mapping for finance workflows
 * Analyze and understand existing data structures and flows
 * Collaborate closely with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross-functional teams
 * Execute daily financial reporting tasks including P&L and variance analysis
 * Build and modify dashboards and reports using Power BI preferred
