## Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in IT. The primary responsibilities include setting up computers, connecting printers and other devices, assisting users with basic technical issues, and ensuring employees have the equipment and access they need to perform their jobs. Training will be provided for company-specific systems and processes.

Responsibilities

 * Set up and configure desktop and laptop computers for new employees
 * Connect and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office devices
 * Assist users with basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
 * Install and update software as needed
 * Help maintain an inventory of computers, monitors, and IT equipment
 * Assist with workstation moves, equipment replacements, and office technology setup
 * Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary
 * Document support requests and resolutions
 * Provide friendly and professional customer service to employees
