## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in IT user and group management?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.

 * Prefer an associate degree in a technology related field or equivalent years of experience.
 * Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
 * Experience with user account management and windows workstation deployment.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with users.
 * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 * Must have a valid driver's license and insurability.
 * Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

## Description

* Provide exceptional technical support to ensure the smooth operation of company IT systems.
 * Maintain a proactive approach to identify and resolve IT issues impacting user productivity.
 * Facilitate a positive user experience by efficiently addressing technical inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities of the Position:

 * Configure and deploy new workstations for incoming employees.
 * Set up user accounts, email access, and necessary software applications.
 * Ensure new workstations meet company security standards and performance requirements.
 * Implement hardware and software upgrades to existing workstations according to company guidelines.
 * Maintain detailed documentation of upgrades performed on each workstation.
 * Test and troubleshoot any issues arising after system upgrades.
 * Provide technical support for employee mobile devices (phones, tablets) related to company applications and email access.
 * Assist with mobile device configuration, security settings, and troubleshooting common problems.
 * Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming technologies.
 * Performs other duties as assigned.
