## About the Role

Do you have experience in iOS support?, Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Analyst to join our team. This position provides hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems management. This role offers STRUCTURED hours, and NO ON-Call required!, * 1-2 years of IT Analyst experience (Industry not required)

 * Basic knowledge of Windows and iOS and iPad OS operating systems.
 * Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
 * Organizational skills are a must for success in this role.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 * Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
 * Reliable and responsible.

## Description

* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 * Assist in troubleshooting IT problems and resolving user issues.
 * Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.
 * Support the IT team with system upgrades, installations, and configurations.
 * Ensure security best practices are followed for company systems and data.
 * Collaborate with other departments to improve IT efficiency.
 * Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
 * Assist on-Site locations (within Ohio) occasionally
