Experience guiding product vision and technical architecture simultaneously. ## Description As the Senior AI Engineer / Strategist, you will act as the primary architect and hands-on builder of our next-generation AI advertising and compliance pipeline. You will eliminate friction by automating the generation of digital ad creatives (copy, imagery, and video) while embedding localized legal and OEM compliance rules directly into the AI's guardrails. This role requires an entrepreneurial, staff-level engineer who can navigate multi-platform architectures, orchestrate high-throughput cloud infrastructure, and turn complex data layers into automated creative output. Core Responsibilities * Architect the GenAI Creative & Compliance Engine: Design and deploy a scalable AI infrastructure capable of mass-producing digital advertising creatives (static images, video components, dynamic ad copy) for thousands of dealership accounts simultaneously. * Build Automated, Rules-Based Guardrails: Program the engine using advanced LLM pipelines and evaluation frameworks to understand, adapt to, and enforce complex compliance rules.
