## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a talented Data Designer to transform complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable visual experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with exceptional design skills to create dashboards, reports, presentations, and data visualizations that support business decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to present insights effectively to a variety of stakeholders, including business leaders, product teams, and technical partners. The successful candidate will be skilled at translating data into compelling stories, ensuring information is accessible, visually impactful, and aligned with organizational objectives. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with data visualization tools are essential for success in this role., * A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.

 * Visualization: Expert level with a minim of 3 years' experience and ability to present work.
 * Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify areas for improvement and analyze data.
 * Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
 * Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to handle complex requests and work under pressure.
 * Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Power point and other visualization platforms.
 * AI: Automation/AI first approach to problem resolution or refinement
 * Passion for learning: Willingness and interest in learning new skills and parts of our business.

## Description

* Develop intuitive presentations and dashboards in support of Networks overall programs and initiatives.
 * Turn abstract data and insights into easily comprehensible visuals for business consumption at multiple levels.
 * Support multiple groups within NC&E as a source of information for any areas associated with delivery across the Americas.
 * Design visualizations translating highly complex data to enable comprehension and aligned amongst senior leadership.
