## About the Role

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

 * 3-5 years of JavaScript experience

 * Hands-on Accela development or configuration experience (scripting, workflows, permissions, modules)

 * Experience in ASP.NET/.NET development (web apps, services, APIs)

 * Proficiency in SQL and designing/modifying SSRS reports

 * Experience working in enterprise Windows Server environments

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills

 * Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

 * Knowledge of SDLC processes and relational database concepts * Advanced .NET development experience (integrations, middleware)

 * Experience supporting Accela in government or large enterprise environments

 * Experience with application testing and validation

 * AWS experience (infrastructure, services, or integrations)

## Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Developer with strong skills in Accela development, SSRS report design, and ASP.NET/.NET to support the Land Use and Environment Group (LUEG) of the County of San Diego. This role focuses on enhancing enterprise systems, developing workflows and integrations, and delivering high-quality technical solutions within the County's application ecosystem.
