This individual will help develop, administer, and maintain comprehensive security programs in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare, articulate, and deliver compliance requirements to both internal and external stakeholders. Candidate must be able to multi-task and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to work with other team members, government customers, employees, and leaders at all levels of the organization and be able to develop solutions to complex problems with a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation., * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. * Relevant experience executing security processes and projects within special program access and collateral environments. * Industrial security experience preferably in a Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) role. * Active and transferable Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. * Existing TS/SCI with Polygraph in the last 24 months.
