## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
 * Experience providing hands-on IT support in a desktop or service desk environment.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
 * Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
 * Familiarity with user account management, permissions, and directory services (e.g., Active Directory).
 * Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
 * Experience documenting technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
 * Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
 * Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
 * Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Desired

 * Previous experience supporting a government or defense contractor environment.
 * Familiarity with basic server administration or endpoint management tools.
