This role requires a seasoned professional who can leverage leadership experience, technical engineering expertise, and project management excellence to deliver high-impact solutions in challenging operational environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale federal construction projects, building client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for understanding project requirements and managing progress towards achieving project requirements while balancing risks and cost-performance tradeoffs. You will work with a cross-functional team of government and contractor personnel to facilitate the development of high-performing teams leading to project success under accelerated timelines. While managing cost performance tradeoffs, project modifications and change orders, you will be responsible for all facets of project administration and reporting. Upon project completion, the Project Manager leads a lesson learned process to capture best practices and areas for improvement in future projects.
