Here's what else you'll bring: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Strong Powertrain technical fundamentals. * 7+ years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects, with evidence of success bringing programs to life from concept to production. * Experience with common project/ program management tools. * Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment with colleagues from purchasing, manufacturing, etc. * Strong interpersonal skills including accountability, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, succinct communication and ability to develop & mutually thrive in working relationships. Preferred * Experience with design and release of Powertrain components and systems. * Knowledge of DFMEA's, PFMEA's, DVP's etc. * Knowledge of powertrain mechanical design principles, system engineering methodologies, CAE methods, CFD, GD&T, 3D CAD, 1D simulation, NVH contribution, Teamcenter and manufacturing processes. ## Description Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: * Responsible for design release engineering of the range extender engine air induction system, air filtration, tubes, resonators and sensors for the Scout Traveler SUV and Terra pickup. * Coordinate component designs, builds and testing to meet both Scout and supplier milestones. * Identify risks and escalate to leadership where appropriate to raise awareness and drive action. * Track and report induction system imperatives including system cost, mass, and investment. * Effectively coordinate hardware, software and calibration for all phases from prototype development to production. * Provide technical feedback to concept architects, designers, test engineers and calibration teams. * Act as the air induction system single point contact for various partners and suppliers.
