## Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to support ERP transformation and implementation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, conduct Fit-Gap assessments, and help deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business objectives., * Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops.

 * Analyse current-state processes and define future-state SAP S/4HANA solutions.
 * Conduct Fit-Gap analysis between business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
 * Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Support testing, data migration, training, and change management activities.
 * Proven experience as a Business Analyst on SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programmes.
 * Strong stakeholder management, process mapping, and documentation skills.
 * Experience working within Agile and/or SAP Activate delivery methodologies.
