Able to explain technical concepts and updates to non-technical stakeholders * Thrives on managing hard challenges in ambiguous settings * Passion for learning and excitement for working with a variety of people and companies * Undergraduate degree in STEM, or an undergraduate degree or on job training with relevant dev training experience from a well-regarded coding school * Solid project management skills who is eager to advance their expertise further. * Willing to work odd hours to accommodate work with team members on US pacific time as well as with startups in everyone from Jakarta to São Paulo * Fluency in written and spoken English ## Description This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading venture capital firm to build innovative AI prototypes for our portfolio of next-generation tech companies across the Global South (India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa) and for the Capria internal team. An ideal candidate will be excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, global startup environment, working closely with the operations team and with founders across the globe. Examples of projects include: * Building LLM-powered question-answering tool that leverages semantic similarity search for team to use as an internal chatbot to query firm's internal file system (questions like "What is our PTO policy?") * Developing a smart filter system for an education technology company in India that enhances candidate selection by evaluating job applications and producing pertinent follow-up questions * Working with a HRtech company in Latam to implement a natural language interface that listens to conversations and suggests to call center agents potential Q&A to access in real-time. * Use off-the-shelf tools or develop solutions from scratch when needed to build and deploy AI agents that automate key workflows.
