This position will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of all network infrastructure. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, standardization, and support of network environments, with a strong focus on firewalls, routing, switching, and secure connectivity. You will own all aspects of network infrastructure and act as the primary escalation point for network-related incidents. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with direct responsibility for the engineering, uptime, and integrity of client and internal network environments. You will also serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior technical staff, helping elevate team capabilities and standardize processes. You will be expected to: * Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. * Maintain full ownership of networking incidents through resolution. * Follow company change management procedures when introducing changes. * Document network environments and maintain accurate diagrams and standards. * Provide recommendations to improve reliability, performance, and security., * Fortinet (FortiGate) and/or SonicWall firewall platforms. * Network security best practices and segmentation strategies. * Experience in MSP or multi-client environments. * Network monitoring and alerting tools. * Creating and maintaining network diagrams and documentation.
