This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals., * 5+ yrs of experience working with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security solutions in a customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Forward Deployed Engineering, or the like). * Background of successfully selling into both new and existing customers (landing and expanding) * Ability to teach ways to identify new and existing opportunities through consultative selling methodologies * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role OR equivalent combination or education and experience * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. * Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML technologies. * Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%. * Must reside in the Western Region (Pacific and Mountain Time Zones Preferred) #LI-JK1 #LI-Remote ## Description As a trusted technical advisor, you'll help customers understand the value of our solutions, partner closely with Sales to accelerate opportunities, and provide valuable feedback that helps shape the future of our Storage & Analysis product offering.
